The 403 Forbidden error is an error that is displayed for security reasons and to prevent access by unauthorized IP addresses. On Binance, it is usually displayed for sanctioned countries, including Iran, and for security issues that occur due to authentication.
How does a 403 error appear?
The 403 error can be displayed in different ways, including:

Methods to fix the 403 Forbidden error
Fix error code 403 due to sanctions
If you encounter this error on the Binance website, it indicates that Iran is sanctioned from using this site.
To resolve error 403 in Google, you need to use a VPN or VPS to set your IP to a non-sanctioned country so that the error is not displayed to you.
Fix error 403 due to server error
If the error is caused by a temporary server error, refreshing the page is the quickest solution. Simply press F5 a few times to refresh the web page.
Error 403 Forbidden due to wrong website address
Check the address you entered and encountered this error to make sure it is correct. Note that a standard web address has extensions such as .com, .php, .org, .html, and .ir and other regional extensions. While if you see a slash or / at the end of the address, it means that the address is a file directory. For security reasons, most servers have disabled directory browsing in the browser to prevent access to it. For this reason, when you try to go to the address of that directory, you may be redirected to another page with the probable address of that directory, and if there is nothing in that address, you will probably encounter a 403 error.
You are not a member of the site or a special user and you are facing a 403 error
You may encounter this error if you are an unauthenticated user on Binance. In this case, instead of displaying the correct error, you may encounter a 403 error, which is a misconfiguration of some servers. If you can, try logging in as a member of the site and see if the content opens for you.
Solution to fix error 403
Error because your IP is blocked
Ask your friends to check the website and see if they also see a 403 error or if they have access. If they have access to the website and only you cannot access it, your IP address may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for some reason. So contact them and explain the problem.
If the proxy settings have caused the Forbidden error
In Chrome browser, go to Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. (Or open the System option in the Advanced section) In the opened window, go to Network and select Change Proxy Settings to access the proxy settings.
In the proxy settings window, go to LAN Settings and then enable the Bypass proxy server for local addresses. If the 403 error is due to proxy settings, this may solve the problem. There is a similar process for doing this in other browsers as well.
It is possible that a website has previously had a problem and displayed a 403 error for some reason, but the error has been fixed. However, you may still see this message because the error page has been saved in your browser’s cache or cookies. So, you can see the fixed websites by clearing the cache and cookies from your browser.
Note: By clearing your browser’s cache, you may be logged out of websites that you have previously logged into and will need to sign in again.
Contact the user with the site administrators and follow up on Forbidden 403 Error
If you have tried to access the address at different times and (assuming the link is correct) you encounter this error, find the website’s contact numbers and contact the site administrators to explain the reason and ask them to fix it.
